WARRANTY, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ProjectorPlay’s warranty policy aims to provide our customers with complete clarity regarding support-related queries, so they can confidently own, use, and receive assistance for their ProjectorPlay products during the warranty period.

All ProjectorPlay products come with a standard “Return to Factory / Service Centre” warranty. The last page of the product manual includes your warranty card, indicating the warranty tenure—generally one year from the date of purchase.

We also offer an optional extended warranty pack, which can be purchased along with your new ProjectorPlay product or within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty
If a product is not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing defect, ProjectorPlay warrants repair or replacement (as deemed necessary) through our authorized service centres.

Warranty Support: All ProjectorPlay products are tested prior to shipment. If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period, the product must be taken or couriered (at the customer’s cost) to the nearest service centre. In case no local centre is available, it should be sent to our central warehouse in New Delhi.

Warranty Coverage Conditions
This warranty is:

Applicable only in India.

Valid only for the first purchaser with a valid purchase invoice.

Applicable only if the product is used as per the instruction manual.

Void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are attempted.

Not valid for physical damage or electrical surges.

Not valid if non-standard or incompatible accessories are used.

Subject to shipping costs and risks borne by the customer for sending the product to us.

Valid only if the customer returns any replaced parts/components.

Not extended beyond the original warranty term, even after repair or replacement.

Transit Damage
Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via phone or email. Claims after 24 hours will be treated as “out of warranty” and charged accordingly.

Mishandling / Negligence
Any issues arising due to mishandling, unauthorized service, or negligence are not covered under warranty. Repairs in such cases will be charged.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Replacement Policy
Replacements are allowed only under the following conditions:

Product must be reported as defective or damaged within 24 hours of delivery.

Malfunctioning reported within 7 days from the date of delivery qualifies for a fresh replacement.

Claims must be verified by a ProjectorPlay support team member.

A replacement will not be processed in cases such as:

Dissatisfaction with product aesthetics/sound.

Damage reported after 24 hours.

Electrical surges or misuse.

❗ No refunds are offered. Only replacement within 7 days is available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not possible once the order is processed for shipping.

Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled.

Products purchased under special offers or occasions are not cancellable.

Return & Refund Policy
All items sold on www.projectorplay.com are tested and verified by our quality team.

Products with manufacturing defects can be repaired or replaced within 7 days, but only if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Items that are used, altered, or scratched are not eligible for return or replacement.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
a. Products are covered as per the warranty card’s tenure.

b. Warranty does not apply to damages from external events like accidents, power fluctuations, natural disasters, or third-party interventions.

c. ProjectorPlay is not liable for consequential losses or indirect damages.

d. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective hardware after written notice.

e. Exclusions: Accessories (remotes, batteries, cables) and consumables are not covered under the standard warranty.

Legal Clause
This policy is in effect as of January 2024. It supersedes all previous versions.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute is subject to the courts of New Delhi only.

This is a legally recognized electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require signatures.
